Oh! Pears is the moniker of Corey Duncan, a composer, guitarist, singer and keyboardist based in Seattle Washington. Corey spent many years playing with the Hometapes band, Pattern is Movement, based in Philadelphia. But after completing a degree in music composition in Philly, left for the west coast. For his music with NOREMIXES, Oh! Pears has stripped back the ‘pop’ songwriting to a more modern classical and gestural approach to songwriting, often utilizing string quartet, pump organ, guitar and piano.
